New Patients

You will need to be within the catchment area of the Practice to register with us.

We are happy to register new NHS patients within our practice boundary area.

Our Practice area covers all of the West Bridgford, Gamston and Edwalton areas, within the boundary shown on the map below. It does not include the NG12 areas of Tollerton and Bassingfield.

Please see below a link to a map of the practice catchment. In order to provide a high standard of home visit care we are unable to take from outside this area. Also to maintain continuity of care we are unable to take NG11 postcodes as some of these fall under the umbrella of Nottingham City and our practice comes under the Rushcliffe Area.

How to Register

All the necessary documents for registration can be found on the links below.  Please print off the forms, complete and bring into the surgery. If you are unable to print off the forms in advance, you can request them at reception.

It would also be helpful if you could bring with you photo I.D and proof of address, if available.

Temporary Residents

You can receive emergency treatment from a GP practice for up to 14 days – for example, if you fall ill while on holiday.

If your treatment will last longer than that, you’ll have to register as a temporary resident.

If you are unwell, you can register as a temporary resident if you’re in the area for longer than 24 hours but less than 3 months.
